How does the platform fee compare to a staffing agency?
A staffing agency typically adds 15-40% on top of the wage, and that markup is built into the rate you are quoted rather than shown separately. Our fee is 4% — 7% for bulk hiring — calculated on the wage alone and itemised before you pay. On a ₹10,000 shift that is ₹400 rather than ₹1,500 to ₹4,000.
Is the fee taken out of what the worker earns?
No. The fee is added on top of the wage, never deducted from it. The worker receives their full earnings plus any tip you add; the platform fee is charged separately to you. Tips are never subject to the fee.
How do I verify that workers actually showed up?
OTP-based clock-in and clock-out. Workers can only log hours with a code you provide. No fake timesheets.
